Talent Manager
London, UK

OUTREACH is a UK-based influencer marketing and digital talent agency. We launched our talent division of the business at the start of the year and are growing quickly. As a talent-first agency, we want to make sure that as we continue to grow, our talent managers’ rosters remain small so that our creators are provided with best-in-class service to support their careers. Following a successful investment round, we’re looking to hire a Talent Manager to join the team, where you’ll be responsible for building and developing your own roster of digital talent, successfully executing brand partnerships and growing talents’ careers.

The role will report to and support the co-founder and also work closely with OUTREACH’s talent and brand teams in creating and delivering integrated brand and talent campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage and grow a roster of digital talent as well as scout and sign new talent
  • Manage deliverables and terms for partnerships, including but not limited to: fee negotiation, drafting, reviewing and executing contract terms, briefing talent and seeing through deliverables from the creation of content to the delivery to brand, gathering analytics and insights to share with brands post campaign.
  • Proactive outreach for partnerships in the digital space for clients – approaching brands and/or agencies to generate new relationships on behalf of talent, as well as identifying diversified potential income streams such as podcasts, publishing deals and merch. It is important that you work closely with talent to create strategy and growth plans for career/revenue development.
  • Strategise and plan with talent, supporting their career development as well as roster retention
  • Talent inbox management – responding promptly to inbound enquiries, sharing media kits and rate cards
  • Attend meetings with PRs and agencies, pitching the entire digital roster
  • Proficient calendar management for all clients is paramount as is continuing to manage realistic client expectations
  • Bring and build a strong network of industry and brand contacts
  • Ability to reach and exceed your talent revenue targets

ABOUT YOU:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a digital/influencer talent management role
  • A clear understanding of talent management, contracts, paid media and partnerships
  • Proven record of generating new business and (up)selling
  • A keen eye for talent and trends within the influencer/social media space (particularly Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and collaboration skills
  • Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently, with professional references to support
  • Possess an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the social media industry and passion for the world of influencers and influencer marketing
  • Adaptable self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects and talent simultaneously with a persistent and determined attitude
  • Strong understanding of using Google Drive for document management and file sharing
  • Organised and pragmatic with day to day tasks
  • Knowledge of YouTube analytics (i.e. YouTube best practices, ability to analyse, prepare and present data) would be desirable but is not essential
  • Ambitious personality – it would be beneficial should the candidate possess the skills and desire to potentially line manage other team members as the company continues to grow
  • Strong team player and ability to consider not only your roster but the talent team and OUTREACH as a whole

Brand Partnerships Manager

Following a successful investment round, we’re looking to grow our team and hire a Brand Partnerships Manager, where you’ll be responsible for securing brand partnerships and facilitating influencer campaigns.

The role will report to and support the co-founder and also work closely with OUTREACH’s Talent Team in creating and delivering integrated brand and talent campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage brand campaigns on behalf of OUTREACH and our clients
  • Proactive outreach for new client partnerships in the digital space – approaching brands and pitching ideas to generate new relationships
  • Manage deliverables and terms for partnerships, including but not limited to: fee negotiation, drafting, reviewing and executing contract terms, briefing talent or management and seeing through deliverables from the creation of content to the delivery to brand, gathering analytics and insights to share with brands post-campaign
  • Establish and maintain relationships with non-exclusive talent and management agencies
  • Create and pitch campaign proposals for brands to help them enhance ROI
  • Bring and build a strong network of industry and brand contacts
  • Ability to reach and exceed your brand revenue targets

ABOUT YOU:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a brand partnerships role
  • A clear understanding of brand partnerships management, contracts, paid media and influencer relations
  • Proven record of generating new business and (up)selling
  • A keen eye for brand opportunities and trends within the influencer/social media space (particularly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube)

📣 A bit about the role

This is a start-up environment where we are looking for a high energy individual with a love of social media to join the brilliant team. We’re looking for a hard-working, ambitious and highly organised Marketing Administration Assistant to join the team here at OUTREACH.

💻         Take ownership of the day to day running of social media accounts – content creation, scheduling and posting to multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)

🗣        Business development – both client and talent focussed

☎️        Day to day scheduling and diary management for the team and live/upcoming projects

📊        Management and administration of the influencer marketing database (creating and maintaining databases of influencers from micro, hero, celebrity)

💌        Manage incoming enquiries and leads

📈        Assisting with reporting and providing analysis to clients and colleagues on campaign performance, highlighting trends and making recommendations as well as collating post campaign insights and analysis for colleagues

📝        Copywriting support, proofreading contracts and brand affiliate agreements

💸        Supporting with invoice processing

⏰        Managing deadlines, working to a brief, communicating ideas within a busy influencer marketing and talent management agency

✏️        Writing blog posts to provide interesting daily/weekly content on social channels

💡        Supporting ideas process, coming up with new ideas

📱        Monitoring competitor activity within social media spaces

🌍        Assisting with the implementation, development and delivery of national, international and global marketing campaigns across social platforms

👋 A bit about you…

  • You will have a keen interest in social media and the influencer industry (with some knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be writing copy and building and maintain relationships with both the team and external stakeholders
  • A positive attitude and are a strong team player who is flexible and responsive
  • Fluent English

️ A few things to note…. 

  • There is no closing date for this role.
  • A general ‘hands-on’ approach is essential.
  • On the job training and guidance will be provided, but it is important that the individual is a self-starter and can set themselves clear goals to be achieved each day.
  • Using your own initiative to problem solve, highlight improvements and streamline processes where possible.
    This is a part-time role of 25 hours per week, although this can be very flexible. You would be working remotely.
  • Initial 6 month contract as per Kickstart Scheme with potential extension.
  • This is a government backed Scheme and in order to qualify, you must be between 16 and 24 years old, be currently unemployed and eligible for Universal Credit.

This role is home-based with occasional travel to London.

25 hours per week (with the potential to increase if required).
